OEE is directly influenced by waste, time efficiency, and speed of a process. Process Engineers usually have a very good understanding of the entire manufacturing process. Process Engineers usually have a Chemical Engineering degree or Industrial Engineering degree. designs, implements, and optimizes industrial manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and quality, turning raw materials into finished products by analyzing workflows, developing technical documentation, running simulations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to reduce costs and boost output in industries like chemical, food, or pharma. Key duties involve process mapping, process simulation, data analysis, risk assessment, equipment design/modification, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
