We’re looking for a Process Engineer to strengthen manufacturing capabilities by optimizing production processes, improving equipment reliability, and supporting new product and equipment launches. In this role, you’ll partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and quality teams to deliver data-driven improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent, high-quality output. From troubleshooting production challenges to implementing new technologies, you’ll play a key role in advancing performance across the plant.
Responsibilities
- Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements, developing and refining manufacturing processes to increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Improve equipment performance and reliability, supporting system design, layout optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Lead new product and equipment implementation, executing trials, defining KPIs, and analyzing results to ensure successful launches and operational readiness.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance, supporting adherence to GMP, HACCP, and environmental standards through risk assessments and corrective actions.
- Analyze data and translate insights into action, leveraging continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to drive measurable results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve process challenges, partnering with operations, quality, and engineering teams to implement effective solutions.
- Train and support production teams, providing guidance on new processes, equipment, and best practices to drive adoption and performance.
- Document and standardize processes, maintaining clear procedures and technical documentation to support consistency and scalability.
