In this role, you will ensure manufacturing and EHS standards are met while driving compliance and improving operational performance for Utilities. You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and site engineers to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. You will manage technical aspects of the Utilities Plant, resolve daily issues, provide training, audit compliance, and implement process improvements. Your focus will include workforce safety, environmental compliance, equipment reliability, regulatory requirements, and coordination with onsite customers. Please note that this role requires on-site presence at least five days per week, Monday through Friday. This role also requires the ability to provide support and address critical business needs at any time, including outside standard working hours, weekends, and holidays, to ensure operational continuity.
