Your role will involve collaborating with production teams to implement standardized processes while actively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • Around 2 years of experience in production manufacturing; Plastic or Rubber industry experience is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing high-dollar strategic projects, including new plant transformations and relocations.
  • Proficiency in project management to ensure timely delivery of projects related to scrap & productivity goals, product introduction, OEE, conversion cost, and CAPEX projects.
  • Technology-savvy with experience in automation, digitalization procedures, CAD assembly drawings, Tooling Design, Solid Works, AutoCAD 2D, ERP/CRM systems (SAP/ODEN is a plus).
  • Expertise in managing CAPEX budget and capital projects.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose processes and equipment, implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Experience in data management, document control, and ISO process auditing.
  • Strong leadership skills to train and coach peer employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement events such as 5Y, Fishbone, and Kaizen to optimize operations.
  • Coordinate lean activities to empower employees, implement standard work, and share best practices.
  • Standardize, maintain, and create work instructions and training guides.
  • Introduce innovative ideas and technologies, identify areas of opportunity, and develop action plans.
