Typically works on projects or process improvement initiatives that are small to moderate in scope, risk and/or organizational span. Receives general direction and support from the reporting manager. Requirements

• A minimum of five years in a combination of professional services and financial services industry or other equivalent experience.
• Ability to facilitate effectively in either a face-to-face or virtual environment.
• Experience supporting high demand environments, balancing multiple deadlines and helping partners drive to meet deadlines.
• Effective relationship builder that can quickly gain trust and credibility with external teammates.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarization with Visio or other process mapping/modeling software.
• Familiarization in business and process improvement initiatives and programs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Conceptual ability to analyze problems and devise solutions.
• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt as the needs of the job change.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Six-Sigma Certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to model the sequenced set of activities needed for the scoped process according to business rules and required practices.
• Engage and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to update or develop new procedure related to change initiatives.
• Identify risks/impacts/opportunities during process mapping development.
• Completes integrated process analysis.
• Consults with leaders to understand, influence, adapt design and create alternatives for consideration.
• Follows up with first line Risk partners to get Risk and Controls documented within approved process map
• Ensures approved process map is published and linked appropriately to corresponding procedure.
• Partner with impacted groups to build consensus, prioritize requests and resolve issues.
• Ensure that all processes are designed to establish compliance to address concerns of all federal and state regulations.
