Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in extrusion blow molding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, Manufacturing, or related).
- Expertise in equipment
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Six Sigma, SPC, or DOE.
- A passion for innovation and a drive to improve every day.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and refine blow molding processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate across departments to launch new products and improve existing lines.
- Develop SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and drive lean initiatives.
- Be the go-to expert for extrusion blow molding technology and process optimization.
