About The Position

CTG is hiring a Process Engineer 4 to support a new pilot manufacturing line for our client in Shakopee, MN. This role leads 10-20 assemblers/technicians, supports line startup, and ensures successful low-volume production of a new product. Duration: 12 months

Requirements

• 5+ years manufacturing experience
• Experience supervising teams
• Mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Strong Excel and organizational skills
• Engineering/STEM degree OR equivalent technical background with relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

• Small-component assembly experience
• Materials planning experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily activities of assemblers and technicians
• Maintain materials, parts, inventory, and coordinate shipping
• Hire, train, and develop line staff
• Support process development and NPI documentation
• Assist in equipment troubleshooting and process optimization
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and a productive work environment
