This individual will work alongside leaders and teams across all departments—from Operations and Project Controls to Accounting, HR, IT, and Safety—to map current‑state processes, design improved future‑state workflows, and create clear, consistent documentation that teams can actually use. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role ideal for someone who is eager to learn the business from the inside out, take responsibility for meaningful work, and build a strong foundation in process improvement, change management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High ownership mindset—you see a problem and take initiative to solve it
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out as you go
  • Curious by nature and always looking for better, more efficient ways to work
  • Not afraid to ask questions, challenge assumptions, or dig into the details
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution

Nice To Haves
