JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION SUMMARY: Focus is on processing non-standard orders/requests for fulfillment activities. General business knowledge and fulfillment process knowledge is necessary. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Process requests. Clarify orders/request with customers/delivery partners. Assist with training. Perform administrative tasks associated with job. Scope and Complexity Performs assignments with general parameters. Utilization of multiple resources. Business Knowledge General knowledge of products/services. General knowledge of customers/delivery partners. General knowledge of department business function and KPI’s. Process/ project management Works under regular supervision, following instructions and procedures that are well defined, but may require the exercise of some judgment in application Serve as a department project team member. Technical Skill General knowledge of technical and business tools. Direction of others On occasion trains others on processes. Assist associates. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year work experience. Interpersonal Skills Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships. Professional phone etiquette, verbal and writing skills. Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment. Leads by example.
