This individual serves as a reliable, go-to resource for team members – helping to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly while making employees and visitors feel taken care of and supported. This role requires a proactive and service-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize requests, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. The Logistics Coordinator will make independent decisions related to daily operations, support various office functions, and collaborate closely with Facilities and office leadership.
