Position Summary In your role as a PCM Engineer you'll be responsible to monitor Inline and ET SPC trends, and provide feedback on abnormal signals to the Unit Part and/or PIE/DVC. You'll also review and submit FIT events for effective communication regarding issues, summarizing and presenting materials in meetings, and engaging in special projects and specialized monitoring.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience with a BS in an engineering or science discipline.
  • In-depth technical understanding of Statistical Process Control, especially with respect to Semiconductor Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of such critical software as JMP, Spotfire, MiniTab, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a high-level coding language (such as Python or SQL) would be hugely beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Second Level Review (SLR) monitoring for in-line SPC trends and ET trends; FLR (First Level Review) monitoring if the technician team is short-handed.
  • Support development of systems and automation to help improve our monitoring efficiency.
  • Representation at high-level meetings, including Daily Quality Ops Meeting, Module Based One Team Meeting, Signal One Team Signal Detection Meeting, Signal One Team Executive Meeting, etc.
  • Ownership of a key project(s), including HCCB Trend Monitoring, Long Term Trend Monitoring, Restart Product Monitoring, Return to Production Equipment Monitoring, etc.
  • Comprehensive engineering summaries, including Weekly and Monthly Reports.
