Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC Monitor, optimize, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output, minimize variation, and improve yield and cycle time. Support daily operations and strategic initiatives across front-end and back-end fabs. Drive the development and implementation of process control solutions within the front-end fab process flow. Understand customer requirements for Fault Detection (FD) and pursue value-added opportunities through improved process control. Develop and implement FD strategies for First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) and Second-of-a-Kind (SOAK) equipment types. Deploy FD models to detect known and potential failure modes before they impact product or equipment. Ensure FD strategies are performing effectively, as measured by established PCS KPIs. Provide engineering support to enhance FD capabilities. Provide operations support to troubleshoot FD issues and defects.

Requirements

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field.
  • SPC (Statistical Process Control).
  • R2R (Run-to-Run Control): Automated recipe adjustments using feedback and feedforward loops.
  • FD (Fault Detection): Real-time monitoring of tool sensor data to detect anomalies.
  • Coding with Python, SQL, C++, and VBA for automation and scripting.
  • PLC systems, SCADA interfaces, and EDA/IFA protocols for equipment integration.
