About The Position

Provides support throughout the mill and interfaces routinely with operations to optimize control systems to reduce cost, improve quality, and minimize process variation.Responsibilities will include design, installation, and ongoing support for mill DCS hardware and software, technical support for process improvement projects, and close alliance with operations and maintenance to ensure stable and capable processes. This position will also be responsible for researching, recommending, and implementing new technologies that will help reduce cost or increase production.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (electrical, chemical, or paper science preferred) or Technical Degree with three plus years manufacturing experience.
• Must be organized and able to execute job responsibilities and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to function and contribute within a team environment.
• Three to five years’ experience with Bailey Infi-90 DCS.
