About The Position

About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 12 Responsibilities and Impact: As the PMO Lead for the Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a pivotal role in steering the planning, execution, and governance of productivity initiatives. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively interface with and influence senior stakeholders. You will ensure that all initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, promote consistent delivery practices, and support value tracking through robust program management methodologies. Your collaboration with leadership, functional stakeholders, and initiative owners will be essential in managing risks and ensuring the timely delivery of impactful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in program and portfolio management within large-scale transformation environments, showcasing the ability to drive impactful change.
  • In-depth knowledge of productivity levers, including automation, process improvement methodologies, and AI/Agentic solutions, with a proven track record of implementation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Power BI, enabling efficient project tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with value tracking frameworks and the development of compelling business cases that substantiate project benefits and ROI.
  • Experience in risk management, including the ability to identify potential issues and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience in applying the appropriate framework based on project needs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of all productivity initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Define and implement standardized project management frameworks, tools, and reporting practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strategically manage resource allocation to meet incoming project demands, optimizing team performance and project outcomes.
  • Monitor initiative progress, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across the transformation portfolio to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Partner with Value Consultants to ensure all initiatives are directly linked to measurable business outcomes, driving tangible results.
  • Lead Steering Committee meetings, providing executive-level dashboards and updates that highlight progress and strategic insights.
  • Proactively drive issue resolution and risk mitigation across workstreams to guarantee timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Assist initiative leads in developing robust business cases and tracking value realization to substantiate project investments.
  • Support the seamless incorporation of completed initiatives into business-as-usual processes, ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement.
