About The Position

The Process Assurance Inspector (SAT Team) is responsible for verifying accuracy
for all orders processed by the Customer Service Representatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Able to understand basic work and safety instructions in English.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function for this position.
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) to comply with federal contracting regulations.
• Must be a US person as defined by ITAR.
• All candidates must be fluent in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write at a professional level.
• Requires sitting or standing for a prolonged period of time.
• Requires dexterity and coordination to handle files, boxes and materials.
• Requires minimum reaching for items above and below desk level.
• Requires strength, coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
• Requires walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
• Requires repetitive movements with fingers, hands, wrist, and arms.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy for all orders processed by Customer Service Representatives.
• Coordinates and brings to the Customer Service Representative’s attention if an order is inaccurate.
• Logs all orders into database.
• Maintains a safe and clean work area.
• Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
