Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Technical Records Analyst! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, auditing, and managing technical documentation related to aircraft engines in the aftermarket sector. This role ensures compliance with aviation regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality standards by accurately recording engine operational history, maintenance activity, and airworthiness data. The analyst serves as a key link between engineering, maintenance, customers, and regulatory authorities to support engine lease, sale, repair, and return-to-service processes.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • Good Writing/Email skills (MS Outlook, MS teams)
  • MS Excel, beginner to intermediate
  • Good Interpersonal, Time Management & Planning skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, lessors, regulators, and customers.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft engine maintenance programs, life-limited parts tracking, and regulatory requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with records management systems, ERP/MRO software.
  • Relevant experience in technical records, engine asset management, or maintenance documentation (aerospace aftermarket preferred).
  • Knowledge of engine types (CFM56, LEAP, V2500, PW1000, Trent, GE90, etc.).
  • Experience with aircraft/engine lease return and delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with digital records archiving and paperless maintenance systems.
  • Regulatory compliance experience with multiple jurisdictions (FAA/EASA)

Responsibilities

  • Review, audit, and validate aircraft engine technical records, including logbooks, shop visit reports, service bulletins, AD (Airworthiness Directive) compliance, and life-limited parts (LLP) tracking.
  • Maintain and update engine records databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability of documents.
  • Compile and prepare records packages for engine deliveries, sales, lease transitions, and customer audits.
  • Ensure all records meet applicable aviation authority requirements (FAA, EASA, CAAC, etc.) and company standards.
  • Track engine configuration, LLP cycles, performance data, and modification status.
  • Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve documentation gaps or discrepancies.
  • Support regulatory compliance audits and customer inspections by providing timely and accurate technical documentation.
  • Develop reports and summaries on engine utilization, remaining life, and compliance status.
  • Contribute to process improvements for records management, digital archiving, and regulatory compliance.
  • Responsible for interface with various levels of the organization for key · updates.
  • Reporting, special projects, and programs assigned by the business.
  • Collecting, managing, and scanning required trace paperwork for assigned incoming parts when needed. · May required physical walking to the warehouse.
  • Generate weekly Opportunities Report for assigned GE program team(s)
