In this role, you blend hands-on maintenance with process control to ensure every die cast component meets spec and every machine is ready for the next run. How you'll make an impact Setups that stick: Configure and set up a variety of production equipment to achieve consistent, high-quality output. Fix it fast, fix it right: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; perform preventative maintenance to prevent repeat failures. Facility stewardship: Support maintenance of plant structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, and hydraulic systems. Precision bench work: Machine and bench-repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and guarding to keep operations precise and safe. Data to decisions: Own statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend analysis; make process/equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification. All-around support: Operate a forklift and assist with other tasks as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
