About The Position

The Leidos NISC IV program has an opening for a Business Process Analyst to assist the Workforce Development Division (AFB-500) and provide a consistent registration management process to support services to both the Section and Branch. Services focus on defining requirements and enhancing business processes through the use of document control methods and/or technology with the goal of creating a better overall learning experience for the participants. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provide support for assigned courses in accordance with policy and fiscal year course schedule. Collaborate and interface locally with print shop, and TSI for student registration, seminar preparation, and security protocols. Provide support in the particular aspects of a training program. Provide technical planning and scheduling of seminar training programs (in person and virtual delivery via DRS, FAVES). Coordinate with points of contact and lead instructors for electronic and hardcopy distribution and storage of student materials. Coordinate with SMEs to ensure course material are uploaded to the identified and supported learning platform prior to being available for students to download. Monitor and coordinate communication of student roster. Work collaboratively with the ISS and SME team to support training program implementation. Responsible for training program delivery support. Ensure all student rosters are finalized and monitor and troubleshoot successful delivery of certificates to students.

Requirements

  • Exposure to onsite classroom and virtual training environments/technologies.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • Security Clearance: Public Trust (To be eligible for Public Trust Security Clearance, one must be either a U.S. Citizen OR a U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card holder who has resided in the U.S.A for the past 3 years.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with commonly used course presentation and development software like Blackboard and Articulate.
  • Familiar with the Federal Aviation Administration organizational structure and policies.
