Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Familiarity with AI tools or a strong interest in learning them
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Documenting and mapping current sales processes using flowcharts, SOPs, and internal tools
- Automating Excel tasks using AI tools like Copilot
- Supporting data cleanup, formula generation, and reporting enhancements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Creating training materials and guides for new tools and workflows
