The Problematic Sexual Behavior and Human Trafficking Administrator will join the Bureau of Community Facilities. This role involves planning, administering, and coordinating the activities of the DYS Problematic Sexual Behavior Treatment Program Certification Advisory Board. Key responsibilities include formulating and revising administrative rules, conducting site visits to inspect certified programs for adherence to rules, documenting compliance issues, compiling and analyzing data, preparing reports, and facilitating board meetings. Additionally, the administrator will work to strengthen Ohio’s infrastructure to identify and protect youth victims of human trafficking within the juvenile justice system, collaborating with partners, leveraging resources, and coordinating with the ICJ Commissioner to implement agency policy and best practices. The position also includes supervising assigned staff, managing work assignments, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
