The position of Triage Representative is within Toxicology located at Gretna, LA at Alere Toxicology Services. In this role, the individual will be responsible for addressing laboratory-related issues that arise internally through Client Services or externally through direct client contact in accordance with the SAMHSA mandatory guidelines and those of other regulatory organizations. What You’ll Work On Be a liaison between internal Client Services and the Laboratory to address request and issues Correct drug test result records as requested, including changes to Donor information, facility, and/or panel Research lost specimens and received specimen status Arrange for shipment of specimens identified as 'Send-outs' to other laboratories for analysis and track progress Report Fatal Flaws for Non-Federal Test Report, Sort, and Forward Misdirected samples Knowledge of Suspense Facilities Additional functions may include sorting in Accessioning Adhere to all security procedures for ensuring confidentiality of donor information Must comply with company policy
