Requirements
- Extensive experience in probate law.
- Proven ability to supervise or mentor paralegals and junior attorneys.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Handle and oversee all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and file Probate Petitions, Accountings, and Inventories.
- Assist the Estate Planning team as needed, contributing expertise and support on related matters.
