BPE is seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to advise high-net-worth individuals on sophisticated estate, tax, and wealth preservation planning. This role is ideal for an attorney who values complex planning, collaboration, and high-quality client work—without the pressure of billable hours.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sophisticated estate and tax planning experience
- Prior law firm private practice experience required.
- Strong drafting skills for complex estate planning documents
- Superior legal research and writing capabilities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
Nice To Haves
- LL.M. in Tax, CPA license, or accounting degree strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft and implement estate plans, including wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts.
- Advise clients on income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
- Assist with probate, trust, and estate administration.
- Support business succession and family-office planning matters.
- Conduct advanced legal research and draft complex legal memoranda.
