About The Position
Job Details Job Location: Main Work Location - Detroit, MI 48226 SERVICE Build strong relationships with members, guests, employees, and sales representatives Satisfy customer expectations in a caring and helpful manner Assist members with all clubhouse questions or concerns INVENTORY Check in shipments cross referencing the purchase order, packing slip, and invoice Enter skus, prices, and quantities into clubs’ software program Northstar Label merchandise using DAC custom barcodes Hang and steam apparel before presenting it on the sales floor Control inventory levels for all outlets Work with vendors to buy seasonal apparel 6 months out
Requirements
- Working knowledge of merchandising and purchasing in a retail environment
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism
