McDowell Mountain Golf Club is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Pro Shop Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with daily golf shop operations, and supporting an outstanding overall golf experience for our members and guests.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, or golf course experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of golf and golf terminology is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using POS systems and booking software

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Process tee times, check in golfers, and manage point-of-sale transactions
• Handle merchandise sales including apparel, equipment, and accessories
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and general inquiries
• Support tournament operations and daily play coordination
• Provide knowledge of course offerings, memberships, and promotions
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising displays
