Carolina National Golf Club located in Bolivia, North Carolina is seeking a part-time Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. Pay Rate: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour Job Description: Creates a positive experience by assisting guests and members with inside services.
Requirements
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse and pro shop.
- Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
- Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests.
- Responsibly and accurately handles cash and or credit cards.
- Support business operations though scheduling tee times, resolving customer concerns and selling merchandise.
- Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.
- May direct start of play.
- Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
- Assists with food and beverage activities as needed.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Any other duties as assigned by direct manager/supervisor.
