About The Position
About Us: Lemon Bay Golf Club is a private club dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for our members and their guests. We pride ourselves on outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a strong team culture. Position Overview: We are seeking a personable, energetic, and team-oriented individual to join our Golf Shop team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a customer service environment, and has a passion for golf. Schedule: October–March: 2 days per week April–September: 3–4 days per week Regular workdays include: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday Shift hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling
Nice To Haves
- Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Assist with daily golf shop operations
- Check in golfers and manage tee times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Support tournament and event operations as needed
Benefits
