This position will develop and grow Pro Sales for Cabinetworks Group products within Southeast Regional Territories of Lowe’s landscape to meet and exceed projections for overall sales and comparative Pro growth. Primary focus will be on pro development and growth with assigned Lowe’s markets.

Requirements

  • 4 years of Kitchen & Bath, Building supply industry or Home Center sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of selling with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to measure dimensional spaces and use trade tools (tape measurer, drill, blueprints)
  • Proven track record of successfully developing new business
  • Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated successful capability to resolve conflict over sensitive or complex issues, with demonstrated decision-makings skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with external customers.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department, cross-functional business teams, and customers.
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills with a deadline orientation and focus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management.
  • Ability to travel daily within assigned region. Overnights are required as necessary.
  • Ability to travel quarterly beyond region.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and leverage business relationships with the Lowe’s pro desk, pro account managers, pro territory managers, kitchen designers, and store management to promote sales and comparative growth.
  • Work directly with Lowe’s Pro customers to manage their project and facilitate a seamless experience resulting in loyal and repetitive business.
  • Develop new business and drive growth in the Pro segment of Cabinetworks Group’s portfolio.
  • Leverage established relationships/build new relationships to convert competitor business and partner to close quoted business.
  • Responsibly leverage T&E to grow, maintain and maximize relationships and execute company initiatives.
  • Conduct daily in person Pro visits. This includes participating in job-site visits alongside Pro Account Managers, Senior Pro Account Managers, and Territory Managers to support sales opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure consistent field coverage.
  • Collaborate with the internal Sales Operations team to maximize efficiency, contact with pro, designers, and execution of daily tasks and administrative needs.
  • Analyze sales, service and marketing reports to develop a tactical and targeted sales plan to meet and/or exceed goals. A targeted sales plan includes identifying focus accounts to hunt growth by reinforcing our presence and introducing new strategies to win more market share.
  • Partner with the local territory sales representatives to feed and intake Pro leads, including business funneled through the in-store Pro desk.
  • Execute KPIs connected to Cabinetworks Group global strategies including but not limited to product launches, designer engagement, pro engagement, and merchandising enhancements.
  • Strategically map and plan sales calls based on volume and opportunity within assigned territory to perform excellent territory management.
  • Develop and grow a book of business for Pro.
  • Input all leads and contacts into Salesforce for opportunities in Pro.
  • Discover new pro opportunities that can lead to new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in and actively pursue continuous learning to become an expert on Cabinetworks Group products and service platforms.
  • Strategically use the expertise to educate pro staff and store personnel to build their brand loyalty and confidence when selling our products.
  • Champion and support task and marketing driven demands for awarded entertainment, networking, and training events targeting the Lowe’s Pro team.
  • Service product and sample needs for Account Manager/Senior Account Managers and team for them to proficiently sell Cabinetworks Group brands in the field.
  • Deliver appropriate Cabinetworks Group materials to support and simplify the process for the Pros.
  • Proactively, effectively and promptly address product, warranty and/or service issues and communicate resolution with all parties involved including store personnel, consumer, Regional Sales Manager and Cabinetworks Group corporate.
