About The Position

Responsible for the delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives including goal obtainment on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the defined geographical territory and all assigned accounts. Provide senior management with accurate monthly forecasts that include gross sales, returns and recommendations for increasing sales results for respective territory. Prospect, cold call and open at a minimum 3 new accounts monthly. Drive a monthly average of 17% or more in skincare sales Conduct 6+ account trainings per week Key Account Development – identify, focus and develop a plan of long term growth within assigned territory Communicate and utilize the business strategies and services provided to develop successful and profitable long-term partnerships within assigned territory. Utilize strategic thinking to solve problems, capitalize on business opportunities and communicate crucial market, trade, and competitive information to NuFACE senior management. Implement an effective territory sell through plan, which includes ROI, events, and team incentives. Network with industry reps and develop a strong lead generation program. Provide superior customer service with all established and prospective customers. Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with clients, home office employees, and industry leaders. Effectively manage all administrative aspects of the role in a timely manner to include but not limited to daily remote order entry and regular maintenance of customer information and activity for the assigned territory in CRM system. Manage remote-order entry with company provided tools as well as other administrative duties as needed. Strong participation in all regional and national sales meetings. Responsible for monitoring diversion by continually assessing and monitoring the appropriate amount of product that each customer should be ordering based on their size, client count and the number of service providers within the spa/office location. Attend and provide sales support for national and regional trade shows and events, as required. Creative problem resolution and an ability to deliver account satisfaction. Effectively communicate with all team members within the organization. Adhere to the Company quality system and regulatory requirements. Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or in a similar field is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in outside sales.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills - Windows-based (MS Office) systems and applications.
  • Social media understanding and usage.
  • Positive attitude, self-confidence, honesty and a team player outlook required.
  • Must possess a creative, out of the box approach to problem resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
  • Must be able to present, demonstrate and sell to a diverse audience and in a variety of settings.
  • Must live in assigned territory with majority of top accounts in driving distance of home.
  • 80% of time spent in the field. Ability to work weekends, attend trade shows and do overnight travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Spa, medical, skincare, or the cosmetics industry experience, esthetician license a plus.
