We’re hiring a Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor / Chaplain – a compassionate and empathetic professional who will provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families during their hospice journey. Requirements

• Master’s degree in divinity, Theology, or related field required
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in environments with pets

Nice To Haves

• Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual counseling and crisis intervention to hospice patients and families
• Conduct regular and emergency visits to meet spiritual and emotional needs
• Build supportive relationships with patients and families to identify and address spiritual concerns
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Interpret and respond to patient and family needs with sensitivity and respect
• Maintain accurate documentation of spiritual care services provided
