As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a PRN PreOp PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join their dedicated team. This role involves ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout their surgical journey, collaborating closely with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and maintain the highest standards of patient safety.

Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures by conducting thorough assessments and obtaining medical histories.
- Administer medications and provide preoperative education to patients and their families.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during the preoperative phase.
- Assist with the transition of patients to the operating room.
- Provide post-anesthesia care in the PACU, including monitoring vital signs, pain management, and assessing patients' readiness for discharge.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a seamless patient care experience.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
