About The Position

Innovate Rehab & Wellness is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support residents at Hillcrest Firethorn in the Lincoln area. This is a great opportunity to deliver high-quality therapy, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and make a meaningful difference in a skilled nursing setting.
As a PRN Physical Therapist, you’ll evaluate, treat, and guide patients toward improved mobility, strength, and independence. You’ll work in a supportive environment that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Nebraska Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• New graduates encouraged to apply – robust onboarding provided
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Complete skilled evaluations using appropriate tests and measures
• Develop timely plans of care in compliance with federal, state, and departmental standards
• Deliver efficient, goal-driven treatments aligned with each patient’s plan of care
• Ensure accurate documentation and charging of therapy services
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Supervise and delegate care to assistants, techs, and support staff in accordance with regulations
