Occupational Therapist (SNF - PRN) Innovative Rehab & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative care team. About the Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will enhance quality of life by delivering evidence-based occupational therapy services across a continuum of care. Requirements
- New grads welcome!
- Active Nebraska OT license
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care, post-acute, hospital, home care, or similar settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tests and measures
- Establish timely, individualized plans of care that meet regulatory standards
- Deliver efficient, goal-oriented treatments and progress patients appropriately
- Accurately document services and charges per facility guidelines
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate with physicians as needed
- Supervise and delegate care to therapy techs and support staff in compliance with regulations
