At the Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics (CSMO), our C4 therapy locations offer a unique blend of clinical excellence and performance-driven rehabilitation. We're seeking skilled, motivated PRN Physical Therapists who thrive in an energetic environment and want access to tools, space, and resources that go far beyond traditional outpatient clinics. As a PRN Physical Therapist with C4, you will help patients return to high-level performance using advanced rehab tools and evidence-based practice. Whether it's a competitive athlete returning to their sport, an active adult rehabbing an injury, or a motivated patient working toward long-term strength and mobility, your expertise directly shapes their outcomes. Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Strong communication and customer service skills
A genuine passion for serving athletes, active adults, and the outpatient orthopaedic population
A growth‑minded clinician who values lifelong learning, professional development, and staying current with evidence‑based practice
Ability to travel between both C4 locations

Nice To Haves

BLS (CPR) certification preferred
Prefer one year of outpatient orthopaedic experience

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions in both clinic and performance spaces
Utilize turf, court, and weight room equipment for functional and sport-specific rehab
Collaborate with PTAs, athletic trainers, physicians, and support staff
Document accurately and maintain high-quality patient communication
Float between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland therapy locations as needed
