You will support functional progress, encourage patient engagement, and contribute to a positive clinic experience. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel among our 5 CSMO therapy locations
  • A genuine passion for serving the outpatient orthopaedic population
  • A lifelong learner with a commitment to growth, new skills, and evidence‑based practice

Nice To Haves

  • BLS (CPR) certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans as established by supervising Physical Therapists
  • Provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care
  • Educate patients on exercises, goals, and progress
  • Communicate with PTs and support staff to maintain continuity of care
  • Document accurately and efficiently following organizational standards
  • Float between CSMO therapy locations as needed
