The Performance Coach is responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of the Sports Medicine Institute Sports Performance program. He/she will establish working relationships with administration, marketing, physical therapy, athletic training, physicians, and other coaches as well as communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely follow up. He/she must create a professional, safe and fun environment for clients of all ages. He/she participates in community presentations, staff education, and other departmental activities as requested by the Sports Medicine Manager or Director of Rehabilitation Services.
