About The Position

Valley View's Sleep Medicine Department is in need of a PRN (As Needed) Patient Access Professional to assist with patient scheduling, insurance verification and patient registration. Previous patient scheduling and/or registration experience highly preferred. QUALIFICATIONS High school graduate or equivalent One to two years of customer service experience required Previous experience in insurance verification, patient registration, collections or billing preferred Courtesy, patience, and tact when dealing with the public; Exceptional customer service skills required. Bilingual highly preferred (English/Spanish) Ability to work under variable conditions. Well-organized, dependable and flexible; Strong computer and typing skills. Requirements
