About The Position

Novant Health Medical Group is looking for a compassionate, Advanced Practice Provider to join a compassionate well-established full spectrum program offering inpatient, outpatient and community-based Hospice & Palliative care services in Winston-Salem, NC. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team that promotes team wellness and career development opportunities. Utilize your critical thinking and symptom management skills to elevate the care of the most vulnerable patients. Our dedicated team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nursing staff, chaplains, social workers, and other healthcare providers strive to ensure relief from the symptom burden and stress of a serious illness. We partner with our patients, families, and community to achieve the best quality of life. Opportunity Highlights: PRN Hours based on provider's schedule and availability 7 day a week service with many opportunities for PRN hours Inpatient Care with the opportunity to be involved with clinic if desired Community hospital, large tertiary center with 900+ licensed beds Palliative Care Unit with specialized nursing care

Requirements

Education: Master's Degree required.â Either a graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program, or NP or post Master's NP program required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current PA or NP license in appropriate state required. NCCPA or registry with state nursing board, BLS, DEA registry required.
