What You'll Be Doing: Delivering compassionate, routine, and urgent care to patients Administering medications in line with LPN standards and facility policies Monitoring patient conditions, recording assessments, and reporting changes Performing physical assessments and emergency interventions as needed Supporting established treatment plans and collaborating with on-site providers

Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Experience in patient care, medication administration, and documentation
• Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently
• Open to correctional healthcare settings
