About The Position

PRN Infusion Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Neurology Location: Austin, TX If you enjoy infusion nursing but want a calmer environment, meaningful patient interaction, and a schedule that actually works for you, this role is built for that. Central Texas Neurology Consultants is hiring a PRN Infusion Nurse to support our growing outpatient infusion center. This is a flexible, weekday-based role in a highly specialized neurology practice where quality of care—not volume—drives the day. Requirements

Active, unrestricted RN license
BLS certification required
1+ year of nursing experience (infusion experience preferred)
Strong IV skills and clinical judgment
Comfortable working independently in a small team environment

1+ year of nursing experience (infusion experience preferred)

Responsibilities

Administer specialty infusion therapies and perform patient assessments
Start IVs and manage infusions with strong clinical judgment
Monitor for infusion reactions and respond appropriately
Educate patients and caregivers throughout treatment
Collaborate with providers and the infusion team to ensure a seamless experience
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all clinical protocols
