About The Position
At Varco Home Health, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes, helping them regain mobility, independence, and quality of life. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for therapists seeking work-life balance or additional income.
Requirements
- Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license (required)
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
- Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide in-home physical therapy treatments
- Improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
