About The Position
At Varco Home Health, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy support in patients’ homes, helping them improve independence and safely perform daily activities. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for COTAs seeking work-life balance or additional income.
Requirements
- Active Texas COTA license (required)
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
- Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety
- Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional techniques
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
