About The Position
At Varco Home Health, you’ll provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. This PRN position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule—perfect for LVNs seeking work-life balance or supplemental income.
Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license (required)
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
- Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care
- Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager
- Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with the care team
