About The Position

The Custodial Assistant supports the mission of Aspire Church by ensuring church property, facilities, and grounds are prepared, maintained, and operated in a clean, welcoming, and excellent manner. This position provides assistance for facility operations and event readiness to support worship gatherings, ministry activities, and community use of the campus.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine cleaning patterns
• Restock used items such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
• Respond to sudden cleanliness emergencies
• Inspect facility for areas of cleanliness concern
• Report major issues to the Facility Coordinator
• Ensure that spaces are clean and pleasant prior to participants’ arrival
• Assist the Facility Coordinator with minor setup or clean up as directed
• Support church-wide events and ministry initiatives as needed.
