Private Wealth Client Associate - San Francisco, CA
About The Position
As a Private Wealth Registered Client Associate, you will play a pivotal role as a trusted resource for our clients and wealth managers. Your primary responsibilities will include day-to-day support to enhance the effectiveness of wealth managers, utilizing your administrative and operational skills to facilitate business growth while ensuring exceptional client service. In this position, you will attend to client inquiries, process transactions, assist with client onboarding procedures, and maintain accurate documentation, all while upholding client confidentiality. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be essential to your success in the role.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail combined with a strong emphasis on client focused approaches
- Background in the private wealth management industry
- Demonstrated past job stability
- Bachelors in a related field, or equivalent work experience including prior brokerage or RIA experience
Nice To Haves
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 or 63 and 65 or SIE licenses strongly preferred but not required for application
Responsibilities
- Proactively address and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the wealth manager as necessary.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with high-net-worth clients, wealth managers, and wealth management team members.
- Oversee the execution of daily transactions.
- Assist with client onboarding processes, including but not limited to the establishment of new accounts.
- Uphold compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining the requisite account documentation.
- Monitor pending transactions to ensure their prompt and complete resolution.
