About The Position

Eataly is seeking a Private Sales Intern for Summer 2026 to work with and learn from Eataly’s Hospitality Team. This internship is a unique opportunity for hands-on, professional experience with a fun and dynamic team. Get a taste of what life is like as an Eatalian! Under the supervision of the Director of Hospitality, the intern will: Assist in outreach to potential and existing clients to promote private dining services. Support the planning and execution of private dining events, including menu coordination and logistical arrangements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservation databases. Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional content for private dining offerings. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer engagement. Supports private sales initiatives, including catering drop-off operations and B2B partnerships. Ensure adherence to company service standards and policies. Support administrative tasks such as invoicing, scheduling, and vendor coordination. Performs other duties as required or assigned. This internship runs from June – August. The internship is onsite at Eataly’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY. The intern will be scheduled per week, Monday – Thursday from approximately 9 am – 6 pm. Internships at Eataly are paid an hourly rate. Housing and transportation costs are the responsibility of the intern. The compensation for this role is $17.00 per hour If you are not a current undergrad, consider applying for many of our open roles!

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and guest service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
