The Private Event Sales Specialist is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser tasked with boosting revenue through the execution of high-impact private sales events across various markets and affiliated entities nationwide. This role involves collaborating with local clinic teams and state-licensed dispensers to enhance patient engagement, improve sales conversion rates, and elevate overall event performance. Beyond generating revenue, the Private Event Sales Specialist offers professional hearing aid sales expertise, patient education, and real-time mentorship to clinic staff and providers within event-based selling environments. This position is vital for supporting underperforming markets, accelerating the ramp-up of new clinics, and maximizing the return on marketing investments.
