Requirements

Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a current and valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Towing License: Must hold a valid Texas TDLR Tow Operator License (Incident Management or Private Property).
Experience: Minimum of 2 year of towing experience preferred; knowledge of private property impound procedures is a plus.
Driving Record: Must meet company and insurance standards for motor vehicle operation (no major violations, DUIs, or excessive points).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.
Availability: Must be available to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Professionalism: Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact respectfully with property managers, law enforcement, and vehicle owners.
Safety & Compliance: Must adhere to all company policies, TDLR regulations, and safety protocols.
Technology Skills: Basic understanding of GPS, dispatch systems, and the ability to use a smartphone or tablet for call management and photo documentation.
Reliability: Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Must have at least 2-year towing experience or verifiable commercial/private property driving experience.
Must have Texas Driver License and Current TDLR Private Property License.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
Must have clean driving record.
Must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
Must have clean, professional appearance.
Must be able to fill out and keep track of logs and paperwork.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Must have a working, reliable smart phone.
Must have knowledge of the Dallas Fort Worth area to navigate efficiently
