Wells Fargo is seeking an CA-WA Private Mortgage Banker (SAFE) in Consumer Lending as part of Home Lending. This role involves participating in soliciting residential mortgages from various sources, producing high quality jumbo loans that are compliant and provide excellent customer service, and building relationships with affluent borrowers, realtors, builders, financial professionals, bank stores, past customers, and other non-traditional sources. The role includes analyzing and offering mortgage loan products based on client needs, reviewing financial and credit data, and matching customers with appropriate loan programs. Informing customers of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage programs, rates, policies, underwriting requirements, and loan procedures, while maintaining high client satisfaction, is crucial. The role also encourages pursuing Wells Fargo training offerings to increase knowledge of company products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements. This SAFE position involves customer contact and duties related to dwelling secured transactions, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and Regulation Z (LO) requirements.
