About The Position

The summer internship is a unique, high-visibility opportunity to work at the heart of BHI's investment activities. As a member of the Private Investments team reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Summer Associate will be embedded in end-to-end investment processes, from early-stage sourcing and market mapping through due diligence, pipeline management, and live deal support. The Summer Associate will also contribute to systems optimization and process improvements that directly shape how the team operates. This is a dynamic role with real responsibility: the Summer Associate will interact directly with senior leadership, Investment Committee members, and founders, gaining exposure that is rare at the internship level and meaningful from day one. The internship is expected to be approximately 2 months, running from June to August. The position is full-time and remote, with flexibility on work location. The Summer Associate will have the option to work in-person with the Managing Director in New York City a few times per week for those based in or near the area.
